Not for Big People

I had the original Theracane and loved it but couldn't find any so I went with this one. This item is not suitable for tall people because the hook does not fit the body. I'm not tall and I can barely use my lower ribs to get to the middle of my back. Good thing I'm blessed with tiny boobs so I can really use that. I'm considering sending it back as it's difficult to wear on my body. It has a good design and easily disassembles into two parts for compact storage.

I have a number of different trigger point tools at my disposal to relieve fairly constant and distracting pain. I had to press hard to line up the pins and it took me a second to figure it out, but now that I've learned how to use it? That's great. It loosened up my shoulders and neck that had literally been locked

Second, the roller end of the walking stick is even smaller than the hard plastic side. Speaking of the plastic side, the plastic injection process leaves a seam that's not very comfortable to push and pull against the skin. I really wanted this to work, but for the reasons above I gave it away (to someone much more…
