I liked the idea but it doesn't work. The cones don't stay in place and the slightest movement of air will make the smoke go away. The scent of Basi8 just smelled like something burnt. Very disappointed 😞

I was so excited to get this but was so disappointed the smoke only went down one level and then out and up again. I put it everywhere. Even under the cabinet to keep the airflow from pushing it out but it didn't work.

The cone receiver is not flat and not very large which makes the cones very unstable. Overall it's nice, but if the container used to store the fuel makes it unstable, then the whole thing is unsafe.

I really like this gift! It works great and as described but for those complaining that the smoke doesn't flow down it doesn't require wind/body movement to disrupt the flow. This is the perfect novelty gift if you give it a chance and I like the colors if you don't like the cone smells replace them (not great).

Love it! It works exactly as described, it only takes a minute or two for the smoke to start falling. And I had a koi fish at the bottom of my box that was broken in half, but the two that were supposed to be in one part of the tank were still there and attached, so I just threw it in the pool. I love it! It's so cool and smells so good :)

If you love the smell of incense, this is definitely for you! Sometimes I find the little pods so strong they give me a headache. It is very pretty and a nice addition to the room. My only complaint is that the density of the smoke isn't strong enough for a full trickle to flow down. Even a slight movement sends him flying and he has to start all over again. You do get a lot of pods though, which is nice.

Not worth your time! The product shows two fish in a "pond"; mine came with a broken fish and an attempt to hide that fact. Let's talk about design then. The incense should fall into the cavity and then exit through the hole to create a waterfall effect. The hole was glazed and could not be opened. So it's basically a broken paperweight; Because the smoke gathers at the top, it only smokes around the bottom of the cone.

Nice. I like the little koi fish below. The set included a small substrate, tweezers and 2 types of incense sticks - cones and a stick stick to the side. The Bad: The incense isn't the best smell I've ever had. This is very bad. But it burned for 10-15 minutes. I ended up having to open a few windows to get some fresh air. Also, I feel like the back of the waterfall needs to be a little bigger to block drafts a little better. The smoke never reached the small carp pond. Here's a video.

This product is amazing and beautiful. I ordered one and it arrived broken but was very easy to return (within 30 days). The new one came before I sent the broken one back. It was nice. I have very specific preferences when it comes to scents, so I gifted most of the scents to a friend and used my own Dragonborn. Looks great and the effects are great! Great gift idea for everyone. Great return, especially if you can get it on sale or with a coupon, but I still buy more.
