Good size tins and I like the inner lid which is needed for long term tea storage. However, the packaging wasn't as protective as it should have been. One of the tin lids was dented.

Bought a set of large and small to suit different needs and they are beautiful. Wipe clean with a damp paper towel and towel dry before filling. Even the little ones can take a good amount of tea! I've had one of each size with a HUGE dent on the side so I'm not sure I would say they're heavy, but they're pretty strong for tea tin use.

Purchased to store a powdered vegetable mix for making green drinks. The inner parts, which normally provide an airtight seal, fit very loosely in the jar. Helps put the top cap on but I have a bunch of smaller ones and when you put the inner pieces into these smaller ones you have to push them down and they make a great seal. These larger ones can be rotated when in the jar, they are free that way.

I wanted tin cans as a base for a 10th birthday present. They are only tinned and the big problem is that they came in fragile packaging and some of them were dented. I only needed 2 to be perfect and that's what I got. I have painted/decorated them and clear coated them and they have held up well.
