Navy Soludos Men's Original Dali: Comfort and Style Combined Review

If you are interested in classic style shoes worn by Picasso, Dali, Jarry, residents of Spain and southern France, then these shoes are for you. They have a classic laid back summer beach vibe. I love them for many reasons, the main one being the convenience. They are not expensive. They're not made in Spain or the Languedoc, but they're cool nonetheless. They turn out a little small, take half a size bigger.

These espadrilles have been boxed and appear to be of good quality but do not fit. I usually wear US 10.5-11, EU size 45. I couldn't put them on my feet. They are at least 1-2 sizes too small. I wish I was looking for a chamber to enjoy.

I really love these Soludos. I've bought many identical pairs over the years and I swear by them. I usually buy an extra pair when my current pair wears out, which often happens when you wear them in very wet conditions. Then they harden a bit. But I think they recently increased the price from about $40 to $75 and at that price they're about to lose my business, but still worth it. I doubt if I'll keep buying at $75 a piece.

I have previously bought the same style/size in blue stripes (there is no color option on this link) which fit me perfectly, but this one was looser and I would have taken off too easily. Then I tried another 1/2 size smaller but now the sock was too tight so I wasn't happy with it. I returned them both.

I sent these cheap espadrilles back but for those planning to buy make sure you buy a half or full size up or they won't fit. If they fit, I'm sure you'll probably end up with blisters by the end of the day. I bought them to walk around the house but I wouldn't recommend them for the street because they are uncomfortable.

Ordered these shoes twice. The first time I had to send them back because they sent me the wrong shoe color and size. This morning I reordered and received the correct shoes. I took half a size up and they are a bit tight. I hope they give out a bit after some wear. I think a full size would be a little better. They look good for the price as I needed a beach alternative for TOMS. The toe box is a little narrow and the width is a little narrow for people with wide feet.

I ordered a pair of size 10 espadrilles. They came closest to my wife's size 7. I returned them. I reordered 10 1/2. They weren't older than 10. I gave them back too. I ordered from another company. I expect to see her version in size 10 1/2.

These shoes run very small. I can't even fit halfway into my regular shoe. I returned the shoes without any problems and ordered a size larger. These shoes feel tight at first. After a few hours they will stretch. They also cannot be worn with socks, but you can wear a pair of invisible socks to further stretch them. after that they are fine. As far as I know they are more popular in Europe - in the US at first it's like wearing street slippers. a good alternative to sandals, they are very light and breathable so perfect when it's hot but you don't want to show your toes or when the sandals are too casual.
