I ordered one of these, it came with a gaping hole in the box and a damaged case on the bottom. I opened the product, it looks like it's just dented. When I opened the cabinet, took out the casters and then locked it again so I could turn it over to attach the casters without pulling out the drawers, I couldn't unlock the lock again.
