Price was reasonable

I bought a used Sony D-EJ100PS Psyc Walkman. It is not advisable to buy this product new. I have been using this brand of Walkman for many years and the cost of new ones has become too high. I've had great luck buying used ones like this from Revain sellers over the past few years. I appreciate that this seller took great care in protecting the Walkman before sending it to me in the mail.

I needed a good CD player

I bought it for hiking. Yes, iPods are lighter, better, etc., but I'm "old school". I have a huge collection of All the Hits CDs and wanted to take them with me on solo backpacking trips. This device works great (with digital headphones) and I like the power lock feature - no accidentally draining the batteries. Two "AA" slots are enough for at least a dozen or more volume-enhanced CDs. I always put new batteries in before every ride, so I can't say how long they will last before they die.

Hey Revain Just got my Sony D-EJ100PS portable CD player Psyc CD Walkman. The best portable CD player ever. The fact that it has full AntiSkip G-Protection. Great stereo sound and amazing bass range, the last CD player I ever bought, it's a first class CD. In general, they no longer release this version. 50 hours of CD playback with 2 AA batteries. An amazing CD playback mode that most portable CD players don't have. Thanks Revin
