I received a camera with a defective CCD unit and Sony is charging around $150 to fix it. As soon as I turned on the camera, there was no image on the LCD screen and in the viewfinder, except for graphics, I found that the CCD was defective. It is the entire YouTube of this version. The camera was in perfect condition. I had no choice but to order a new CCD from Europe which will take weeks to ship and I will try to fix it myself ($35). Too bad. Precise autofocus, even at macro settings. I can hold the camera above my head and photograph a flower that's bigger than I grew up. The 5mg image size is perfect for the documentation I'm looking for in this context. It's easy to use…

Mysterious fog envelops again

I wrote a review of this device back in August 2004 and gave it quite a few stars, but I found it necessary to change my rating and increase the review update after i was just read a review by martin valk. After a little over two years of use, the same mysterious mist suddenly appeared in my photos. This problem quickly escalated to completely deleting my photos in a few minutes. At first I thought the problem was a fogged up lens, then a flash. But after a few shots I just lost hope. The LCD…
