Not sure if they are genuine Sony or not.

The spindle came with the shrink wrap open on the bottom. The discs were not in pristine condition and had a plain white label which my other Sony DVD-Rs don't have. I'm not sure if these are really Sony discs, but it doesn't seem to be.

I've searched Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc. I am an independent filmmaker and needed these discs to distribute my films on DVD. Some buyers wrote in reviews that some discs didn't work, but I used more than half

They ALL work! - Blanks

After using other brands of blank DVDs, I have to declare Sony the winner and champion in the quality marathon. I've used half a dozen brands of blank media and the quality ranges from barely acceptable (1 bad disc out of every 6 or 7) to terrible (1 bad disc out of 2). To date, EVERY Sony CD I've used from this batch WORKS PERFECTLY! I was beginning to believe that the imperfections were part of the business with this type of media and I am very pleased that Sony is proud enough of their…
