This is a great remote and I hate that it is not available on other products. The QWERTY keyboard makes searching much faster. This is my favorite part.

Item arrived not fully functional, I was planning to return it but they had a 40% restocking fee plus you pay for shipping and if they thought so that you would have done that, they can charge you more, do yourself a favor, never buy from this third party, I wasted only $80.

I bought this remote control because the previous one was broken. It came perfectly wrapped and wrapped and works great! Although expensive, the system is NOTHING without it. I will take very good care of my remote and keep it safe lol

Very difficult to pair with the TV, the instructions say to select the connect button but nothing is marked as a connect button. I've been trying for a week and that's why I couldn't connect to my SonyUpdate after a few weeks.
