Sharp and fast for camera lenses

Sharp, small, fast. I bought this lens for my Sony A6000 to replace the kit lens. Since then, the 28m f2 has become my everyday lens. Used mainly around town and a few short trips. The small size of the lens and decent f2 was perfect for my situation. The quality of the recordings indoors and at night in low light was quite good. The bokeh of this lens is very nice. You get a very creamy background with very sharp objects. Gives a nice professional look to photos that can't be taken with the…

Pros
  • Dust and splash-proof design, 9-blade circular aperture for great bokeh, Multi-coated ED glass reduces flare and ghosting
Cons
  • No paint required

Useful mid-price lens for holiday travel

I bought a Sony a7iii and it had a 28-70 kit- Lens, great combination but I was missing a low light lens. This lens is suitable for capturing sunrise or sunset shots, as well as wide-angle shots without much distortion. Then the 28mm 2-22f made shooting much easier in dark rooms. I adjust the aperture so that old paintings and statues are photographed in very low light. This lens is sharp and fast. Just a piece of advice. Using this lens in low light conditions will teach you how to shoot in…

Pros
  • Compact and lightweight design goes well with A7 series cameras Linear motor focus mechanism for smooth, quiet autofocus Compatible with ultra wide angle and fisheye lenses
Cons
  • Annoying

I hate using Canon lenses with Fotodiox and Sigma mc-11 adapters.

I bought this lens from Revain without the lens cap. Now this is my lens for street and architecture photography. I hate using Canon lenses with Fotodiox and Sigma mc-11 adapters because you can't use some Sony features like MF and DMF focus modes. I like using these modes because you can rotate the focus ring and zoom in on the subject and you can see if it's in focus. You can then rotate the focus ring while zooming in to make adjustments. I used this lens to shoot a wedding in low light and…
