This is a disappointing review as it's impossible to get a clean look at the camera lens without also checking out the Sony PlayMemories Mobile app that the camera is powered by Your smartphone works. This is one of Sony's attempts to solve the picture quality problem of a so-so mobile phone. While picture quality has improved over cell phones, the best feature for me is the 10x zoom and wider angle than standard phone cameras. You also have the opportunity to get better angle shots as the camera and phone are separate so you can say hold the camera over your head while looking at the phone screen for controls.
