Well this headset won't pair with Alexa. It connects to my phone but I didn't buy it for that. I've just tried everything I can think of .According to the Sony website my phones have the latest firmware and I threw away the packaging so now I have a paperweight.

The only thing I don't like about these great headphones is that they are a bit small and that makes them uncomfortable after a while. The sound is really very good The battery lasts I have tested these headphones for a long time and they are amazing and for the price they are the cheapest

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished product but since I wanted to buy headphones for work I didn't want to spend a fortune or big bucks on a pair, I went for it. Now I'm not sure I want to use them for work, they turned out very well! They look brand new and the sound quality is great! I would definitely buy again.

I really like this product with one exception, it doesn't match. This is a refurbished product. I had a brand new one that was really great and I had no problems with it. This refurbished product had to be replaced with a new one because the kids were swimming in the pool. Again, a refurbished product remains uncoupled. Be sure to buy NEW.

I've had them for over a month now and they've been working really well so far. The son was concerned about the quality when connected to the phone. It's way better than the cheap bluetooth headset I had before. When he called him he said the sound quality was excellent! It would be nice if the headset could be folded to a smaller size for storage like many other headsets do these days. However, the part that covers the ears rotates, making it easy to store when in the folded position.

Working; get the job done with no problems. However, they are quite thin and lack comfort. The headband isn't stuffed with thread, so if you're bald (like me) it can be annoying. Build quality is pretty cheap; If they fall on the ground, I feel like they will be completely destroyed. Other than that, the sound quality and battery life are good. For the price I would say it's worth the money.

I bought these to replace my old Sony MDR-Z330BT headphones which wore out after 5 years of heavy use. The old Sonys could last about 2 weeks on a single charge, so they were connected to my laptop's bluetooth the whole time.
