Hooray, I love this printer. It's actually easy to set up, the manual includes a website to download the printer in case you don't have a CD in your computer. I was so sad and frustrated it was jamming my roll of labels for every print, yes I tightened it, yes I turned it on and off, yes I kept pressing reset it just wouldn't keep up . Bought this open box Revain Warehouse; I think it was 40-50% cheaper than regular retail. since it is a zebra thermal printer clone with over $200 discount. I mention this because it was my first thermal printer and I wasn't sure our small home business needed the extra expense.
