Bought this open box Revain Warehouse; I think it was 40-50% cheaper than regular retail. since it is a zebra thermal printer clone with over $200 discount. I mention this because it was my first thermal printer and I wasn't sure our small home business needed the extra expense. Well I've been using it for about 1.5 months and it's amazing, it's a real game changer. It's easy to use and well worth the full retail price. I would say it's as good as the Zebra although my Zebra experience is based on other reviews and not personal experience. It sold build quality, much heavier (in a good way) than you'd expect from a Chinese "knock". turned off". It comes with drivers on a CD, but the drivers can be downloaded, it even says so on the sticker on the front of the printer. I'm using a PC with a USB connection (USB is the only connection method) and I have had no problems with interference.. I have only printed USPS shipping labels from Ebay Seller Hub. This printer has greatly improved my workload and has already started to recoup its cost. Remember you can get free thermal printer labels from UPS and can FedEx, watch such online video.
