Very nice that they sent me replacement hands for the defective broken hands, but the new hands they sent me do not match the existing hands, you cannot replace the existing hands with the spares you sent. There is no way to access the screw on the bottom of the levers already present, this is not a solution for unusable parts sent.

Pretty good chair for what I paid for it. Seems to be pretty durable. Unfortunately, one of my hands had a broken release lever, but oh well, I don't use it often enough to care, I can still raise and lower it with just a little hand-related discomfort. The rest is beautiful. For some reason I ordered one without a footrest and it still came with it so I guess that's a plus? Definitely a good chair and does what it needs for me.

I bought this chair because it is rated for a person who weighs over 300 pounds. I am 5 8.5 250 pounds. This chair sucks, this chair is hard and uncomfortable. The pad does not provide any relief. In addition, attached pillows create additional problems with lumbar support. An MIT engineer put it together. It was easy with the pop-up parts. So we know the wobble isn't his fault. This chair hurt my back after working in it for several hours. DO NOT BUY THIS. It's really not as described.

After almost 8 months of use this chair is falling apart. many questions: 1. THE BIGGEST problem is that if I lean slightly to the left, the seat wants to fall off the base and almost slams me onto the floor.2. This is a terrible chair. parts. The replacement they sent me was also missing the same parts. Eventually the company sent me the parts and I was able to assemble the finished chair, which was wobbly and crooked. The problem was not assembly related as the piston holding the chair was not strong or tight to the seat bracket causing it to wobble back and forth when I sat in it. It's definitely for short people and 5'1" is what I was looking for. They came together easily and although there were broken parts in the box nothing interfered with assembly A clip on one of the armrests broke after a single use (but it still works, taped to keep it in place) However after two weeks of sitting 8 hours a day more padding on the seat base would definitely help. and be sure to turn it around.
