The tool has helped us with our internal communications by providing an easy way for all stakeholders from across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing & Engineering) at one place within Salesforce! It also helps keep track of important information such as communication schedule or deadlines etc., which can help save time otherwise spent searching through emails / spreadsheets - saving valuable hours each week.
