To be honest I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw that I had to assemble something. LOL I do have to give credit to the designers of the step stools though. It is very easy to assemble and does not take much time. The construction is very solid. I'm impressed with the quality of the non-slip attachment to each chair leg. it is well done. Excellent goods. I have this as a small table next to my CPAP bed. Used for this listing this is a fantastic purchase. It looks great, is easy to assemble and protects my CPAP from dust collecting on the floor. Just be careful - I would never use it as a step stool. The bamboo slats at the top are too thin to support any significant weight. The cable socket no longer sits awkwardly in front of the television, where it didn't fit so well. The chair is solid, strong and easy to assemble with the included Allen key. I bought two of these for our barrel sauna so that people have a little more ground contact and feel a little warmer, especially in winter. There is no way it can hold the stated weight. I would never let a normal sized kid stand on top of two, at least I did. Again we have these for the footrests and they are amazing footrests.
