I loved everything about it other than it being really, really difficult to open. I tried using the little plastic piece that came with it, but it didn't work. I had to use the tip of a pairing knife very carefully, and unfortunately I did put a minor scratch which I was upset about. That's the only thing I would try to change in the design; the clasp.

This company cares for its products. It comes in a nice box with a meaningful note. Beautiful as pictured. There’s a blue plastic heart that comes with it, assuming to open the locket? It didn’t work, too large, yet my fingernail worked fine.My only constructive feedback would be to provide a template sized for the locket that can be laid over a (downsized) photo for best placement and cutting. It's REALLY hard to open the locket & much smaller than pictured! Once pics are inside, it was difficult to see who is in the pics. There is a guitar pic thing inside the box to help open the locket, but I will NOT be carrying a pick around to open it! I am returning it for a little bigger one.Maybe it's cute for a little girl, but she will not be able to open it, ever.

Gift to my mom! Very lovely and I had them shrink the pics so they came out very nice. Only thing is that the locket is super small and therefore kinda tricky to open.

Beautiful. Chain though needs to be much longer. Even a youth could not be able to open the locket to look at the pictures in it comfortably. I needed to spend more money for a longer chain. Point of locket was to be able to open it and smile.

Perfect size. I thought it'd either be too large or too small, but I've gotta say it's perfect. The design is beautiful. Sturdy. The chain is long enough, but could go another 1/2 inch. It's difficult to open. But maybe after some aging/use it'll get easier.
