I like these. I connected the hose to a mini saw so I can immerse my bladder in a water source and filter it while drinking through the hose.

Perfect size for the built in case in my kit. Definitely only for short missions/patrols. The wide opening is great for adding ice and easy filling. Also ideal for light cleaning.

Leak on first use. The joke is on me I think. I bought this a few months ago to prepare for a big trip in spring, filled it up the day before and woke up in the morning to water everywhere.

I have used Source products around the world. Very durable and easy to clean. Hoses and bite valves are very easy to swap out if necessary. It doesn't taste bad, and out of the four I've had, I've never had a leak.

I bought 2 of these after reading many reviews and videos saying they were more durable than camelbacks. I've been using my camelbacks for many years and they still don't leak. Both leaked immediately at the junction of the valve, brand new. Wow.

Bladder comes with no instructions and I couldn't intuitively figure out how it works. After some research and watching some videos I was able to figure it out. The hydration bladder works great and has some very nice features like quick release buckles and a shutter nozzle on the mouthpiece. It would be nice if there were simple instructions on how it works.

This water tank didn't even get out of the house before it ran out. When filling for the first time, water immediately began to flow out of the lower hose fitting. When I removed the hose the leak stopped. I tried several times to reinsert the hose to stop the leak but to no avail. I do not recommend. Update: I contacted Source Warranty and they were very helpful. I sent some photos to document the problem and they are sending a replacement.
