🌳 Traditional South Shore Versa Nightstand with 2 Drawers in Weathered Oak Review

After receiving mixed reviews I took the plunge and bought these nightstands and I'm so glad I did! They are very durable and totally convinced of the price-performance ratio and the instructions are easy to understand! It took us about an hour for the first and 20 minutes for the second. And the color matched our bed perfectly! I will recommend it to everyone

PROS: Packaging/delivery was exceptional. The company used honeycomb. The bedside table was not damaged, the fittings were missing. Looks nice. feels strong We ordered a set. CONS: Instructions/pictures could be better. My advice: read the instructions carefully and look at the pictures. You may be surprised to know this is not what you thought! (Don't want to cancel and start over)

The item was relatively easy to assemble. The sides and top are heavy and durable. The back is one of those pieces of cardboard that needs to be nailed down. The sides of the drawers are strong but I was concerned about the bottom of the drawer. But I say, so far so good. Who puts heavy objects on the bedside table? The worst part? Okay, look, the furniture is chipboard. I don't know what those bad reviews were expecting, but for the material used to create it, it's amazing. And no, it does NOT take forever to assemble. Have you ever worked with a hammer and screwdriver? Then congratulations, you are fully qualified to put this together in 40 minutes or less. Solid furniture and looks like it will last a long time. The internal space of the drawers is a bit smaller than I would have liked, I had to take a closer look as the overall size of the unit gives the impression that the drawers are getting bigger. I have to say, I don't like these bedside tables. While they look great in photos online, the quality, durability, fit and finish are poor. They're not absolute junk, but they're not that good either. If I had seen them in a store I wouldn't have bought them (at a cost of $90). I just assembled it myself and with my limited experience of assembling cheap chipboard materials it wasn't as difficult as I expected. For the price it's a good thing, much better quality than I thought it would be. I have never in my life left a bad review on a product just because I have a small business and I know what it is, but this product was worth giving a review , which deserves it. No one else falls into the same trap as me (I have also ordered dressers and will definitely be back before I open boxes).
