These pants would be perfect for winter. They're thick and look like a pair of well-tailored sweatpants, but they don't fit my skinny boys as the drawstring is very short and adjustable. Very short strings are sewn almost at the point of their connection. If the strings were adjustable I would buy several. But unfortunately my boys don't fit in these pants. Feels good and thick pants, perfect for autumn and winter. They also look very nice (I think as good as sweatpants can look). BUT the size is very strange. The size chart on the product page says the little boy should be a size 8, but the tag on the ones I received says S (4). I've included a picture of these little fish compared to the little Revain (spotted zebra) that says 6-7 on the label. I really wish there were numbered sizes on the product page so I don't have to deal with the problem…

Excellent value pants for 7 year old son. Thick, warm, soft, well made. My son loves sweatpants with pockets. He loves these pants the most, they are not too big, slight drawstring in the waist. Elastic not tight won't dent around the waist. Pockets are deep and secure. I had some sizing confusion, this was the second time I've ordered them.
