Nice Meter best among testers

This is a pretty good meter, works well for fire alarm troubleshooting, hopefully this will be my last, 5 years before retirement!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • old

Excellent gauge and accurate if you are patient

Very good gauge. My only gripe is that it sometimes takes a few seconds to find the exact tension, but that could very well be my impatience. I'm not known for patience.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Security

Almost useless for me

I use a meter to read small voltages and currents (learning to make IoT devices). I rarely get meter readings at all, but when I do, they seem very accurate. When testing voltage on 22 gauge wires, I have to wrap the wire around the leads to get a reading. Mere contact with the wire ends does not help. I don't get resistance measurements at all most of the time unless I can wrap the component/resistance I'm measuring around the meter's leads. I contacted support over a week ago with no…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Minor issues
