I love this toaster! I was so tired of my husband leaving our ugly dirty stainless steel toaster that when it finally broke I knew I had to buy a pretty one that I would love to have a look at. Super durable and easy to clean. Now I need a suitable kettle!

Basically just for decoration. When I first used it, I set it to the lowest setting. Within 15 seconds, the device gave off a terrible burning smell. It wasn't the smell of burnt toast, it was the smell of burning metal. I immediately hit the cancel button as I didn't want to let the sparks fly! DO NOT BUY!

Was glad to get the yellow toaster. Although the color was not as advertised and burned my figure the first time I used it (no cool sides), I was willing to leave it just for fun. But then, after only using it a couple of times, it started to toast well on one side of the bread and then lit the other side of the toast. For $50 I figured I really should get a better quality than the Kate Spade toaster. i will return it

I bought it for my wife as a present at the turn of the year. After 6 months, the lever can no longer be pressed to activate the toaster. Refund includes 50% of current price plus $10 shipping. So to replace the $50 plus free shipping toaster I bought I now have to pay $40 to get a new one! Lenox have poor quality assurance for this item and I would advise purchasing a quality device rather than a decorative one. Let a fashion company ruin a great toaster.

I will keep this toaster because it's a nice color and not worth the hassle of sending it back. However, the build quality is much worse than I expected from a $60 toaster. My legs are either uneven so the counter wobbled and I had to tape a piece of rubber to one of the legs. I wouldn't have expected that in this price range. It's cute but not worth the price.
