With classic layout of holes/ consisting of two parts - can easily be dismantled by simply pulling out the fixing pin. Single parts can be put into the dishwasher/ dimensions: 400 x 85 x 110 mm/ material: coated aluminum. The handle is flattened and offers with it's the three grooves at the front part safe hold on pots of different sizes. Can also be used as a ricer for purees, spaghetti-ice, mashed potatoes and as fruitpress. The press for "spaetzle"-noodles and potatoes with larger capacity - made in germany.

Excellent spaetzle maker!

Love it! I liked the spaetzle I made, very tasty! Easy to clean, just need to be cleaned immediately after use. I was shocked at the light weight, after receiving it I was afraid to open the box because it was so light and cares that it will last for many years. I still remember the one my mum had, it was hard wearing and very durable but treated with love I'm sure it will last for so many years! I am so happy with this purchase that I can finally eat my favorite pasta!

Well made, very easy to use and has notches to support the pan (making it even easier to use)!

I used this mainly as a potato masher because my gang loves mashed potatoes! I ordered another one from Revain and after using it 6 times the 'heavy gauge' stainless steel strip broke. It was terribly disappointing. When I saw this item that could be used for spaetzle or potatoes, I examined it closely. It proved durable and had no band to break. I chose the more expensive product because it was the most similar to what I had when I lived in Germany and I was not disappointed. The design seems strong and durable, so I do.

Three years after moving to the USA, I finally decided on a spaetzle press. After all, packaged spaetzle cannot compete with homemade spaetzle.
