Adds voice control to my home without doing anything or paying for an electrician. Expensive compared to regular LED bulbs but controlled by my phone or Alexa

My bed is on one side of the room and the light switch for the overhead light is on the opposite side and I always wish the switch was closer to my bed. This is the perfect night time solution when you want to turn off the lights but don't want to get out of bed to turn off the lights in the kitchen, hallway or even bedroom. You need to register an account to use it. Brighter than most lights. Very responsive. Wi-Fi 2.4GHz

I was a little confused that you need to register a Geeni account to use these lights. I don't know about geeni but it seems like they are the software provider for many cheaper smart bulbs. So these are Spectra / iHome / Geeni lamps. I don't know who you would call if there was a problem as apparently at least one company just put a name on the box. After registering on an unknown website (using a specially crafted email address), no problem. I was blown away by how responsive these lights…
