Spectra Premium 94713 Heater Core Review

As expected Good product, fast delivery. It's weird loving the clip, but I don't want to diss the seller by simply liking it.

The product looked like it had been used before. Looks quite messy and being a "brand new" item many of the panels are already warped. This company should be ashamed of putting this product on the market.

Although the core looks good, its pre-bent tube section wasn't quite right. It had to be bent in two places, changing a bend at the end to get it through the firewall. Just like its original it was that far off at almost two inches, luckily it was aluminum I could bend it in place and it would have been nice to have had a new clip, o-ring and foam strip for sealing would have come.

This product will not work without a complete modification of the small hose connection to the Toyota factory clamp and o-ring system. The flange on this product is too thick for the small clamp to work. The only way to make it work is to braze this aluminum flange to Toyota's brass/copper tube and I think Spectra should just make it with both tubes in that case and forgo the swivel tube.
