Complete garbage! Do not buy!

Complete scrap! The seams are not even taped. They left water inside and made it not work. It only lasted a month! Luckily I kept my old one which allows me to drive my truck until I buy the genuine part. Extremely disappointed and disappointed!

  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • There are defects

Great product: spares

Another great Specter product, very happy with the fit and feel of this map sensor, helped fix a locked up Ford F150, started, ran and stalled, undercarriage not after Replacing these details, thanks to Specter, the truck drove like a champion.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Long delivery time

The vans are fine now

Believe it or not, I have a 1993 Ford E150 Econoline van, almost new in the showroom. Stopped by in the heat the other day, had to wait for it to cool down to take home. Knowing the car as well as I did, I was certain it was the MAP sensor. Left in the heat the other day, no more problems.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Slightly dented

The sensor failed after 6 months of use. Return/exchange is not possible.

Sensor worked for 6 months but has since failed. This makes me lose confidence in using Revain for auto parts. I tried to find a way to guarantee the part but couldn't. For a few bucks more, I could buy the part from a local dealer, get a simple limited lifetime warranty, and trade it in no problem.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So-so

bad after only 2 months

worked fine for about 2 months then my truck started to work intermittently. I checked everything with a voltmeter and everything is fine. So I drove the truck for about 2 weeks with rough idling and the engine just ran rough. The only thing I didn't check with a voltmeter is the new card sensor, too bad the sensor stopped working after just 2 months.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Some cons

spectra premium mp104 absolute pressure distributor

this map sensor fits perfectly on my ford f150 like a glove. very easy to install. started the truck after I was done. now it works very well. This is the same part my local auto parts store was charging an additional 35.00 for so it was a really great price. I would recommend this map sensor, it is just 35.00 cheaper, just like in the car parts trade.

Pros
  • chic and modern design
Cons
  • almost everything is ok

Replace sensors regularly.

Snap-on scanner can diagnose sensors. The Troubleshooting menu provides advice on codes. The MAP sensor can cause an overly rich mixture and black smoke uphill. The TPS or a defective canister purge valve can create a vacuum in the EGR system at idle, causing a rough idle or engine stall. Disconnect the EGR hose and see if the idle improves. A bad MAP sensor can contaminate spark plugs and oxygen sensors. If the code says both 02 sensors are rich then it is a rich mixture. A bad ACT sensor canโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
