Worked on a 94 Tudor Camry with a (non-California) 2.2 engine. It has an ignition coil inside, along with a cover and rotor. I just wish there was more key clearance in relation to the bottom bolt when adjusting the valve timing.

Replaces Original Dist with Camry Wagon 93 with 280k. Well designed and built, but the lid and rotor feel inferior to the original. They were fine for a few months before I went to the dealer for new ones. Currently running 310k.

The distributor seems to be sufficient so far, except I had to use the original OEM cap (Denso) with it because the original OEM spark plug wires on my Camry do not match the tips of the Richporter cap. The Denso has its two tips aligned at 90 degrees to the other two, while the Richporter has all 4 tips aligned. I called Richporter Technical Support, but instead of correcting it, I just received an email request for their quality department describing the problem. I might think twice before…
