Pros
- Configuration was extremely simple took just 2 minutes to configure everything including firewall settings alongwith basic troubleshooting tools provided under "Troublesome Services" tab that checks whether service works fine before actually logging into Skype using web browser OR directly through client application installed locally onto my pc running windows 8 OS !!! Not having these two things enabled makes me feel irritated whenever call gets disconnected unexpectedly especially via wifi access points located mostly
