Nice roller but can't be cleaned with diaper towels

Good brushing that helps squeeze paper for gluing. Haven't used the paint yet but have contacted the company to find out how to clean it. The manufacturer recommends mild soap and water. I asked if I could use diaper towels if I'm not near a water source. I was advised not to use diaper liners as the ingredients could damage the rubber roller. Too bad, that's why I only gave four stars.

Deformed roller cylinder - buy a deluxe roller for a few bucks.

Cylinder badly deformed. He goes back. The roller has no round cross-section and no flat bottom. If you just walk across the table, you'll hear a distinct wobble, like a baby toy rolling. In the horizontal position, the table top has a significant gap in the center of the cylinder. The inner cylinder is made out of two molded plastic pieces that don't quite fit together. I can't imagine getting an even coat of ink on the glass or block with this brier.

Pros
  • Print
Cons
  • Unsure

I love them, especially that the roller can be pulled out. The pull out function is probably for cleaning and really helps, but I like to pull out the roller and wrap yarn or rubber band around it to roll in the ink/paint and create interesting line elements in artwork. Works great so I bought a second one as the first one has become a bit unsightly after not cleaning it properly. Still works for some things (like when I want an uneven surface). So now I have another one for smooth surfaces…

Pros
  • Briers
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
