Underpowered - unable to power 30 acres

I have had this charger for over a year now. It's consistently inefficient, unable to maintain a viable charge for several hundred yards of 12.5 gauge metal fence wire with top-notch insulators, and performs even worse with stranded wire. It doesn't keep livestock inside and was pretty much useless. Claims for 1300 acres are complete rubbish - I have 45 and that can't provide a fence fee for more than a few acres.
