You will need a Big Twin for this Matrix set

I understand why people were disappointed with this Matrix set. I first used my Empress Mini but the oval center matrix just didn't cut out right. I've tried spacers and everything but honestly I thought I had a bad tool kit. I tried the kit again with my large Gemini machine, which I use Anna Griffin records with. Using a metal spacer, the machine cut through the rather thick Crafters Companion panel. I can't even imagine how a manual machine could even pray with this stamp set.

A nice stamp set, though.

This is probably the most beautiful stamp set from Spellbinders and I was very excited to receive it. I use Grand Calibur and have 65 to 75 punched sets of Spellbinders. For this set I've used wax paper, double blocks, thick paper, thin paper, skipped it a few times, rotated and run it again. bad results. I am very disappointed and I rarely write reviews, but I would like to say - think twice before ordering this one if there are several others out there that will give you the results you want.

Back to the drawing board for these dies

I am disappointed in these dies. They look beautiful but are very picky. The edges cut through well, the embossing on the liners looks great, but the decorative cutouts on the liners cut unevenly, some parts don't cut through. I tried rotating the paper to change the pressure points; If you use a pad, the thinner parts will cut through due to the extra pressure. A lot of paper wasted. Wax paper is a must. You definitely can't even work with cartridge paper, let alone cardboard, because the…

Works very well with Cuttlebug - with Plate C. - see photo examples

I make handmade greeting cards and love using my pretty cutouts. I've actually owned this set for three years now, but it never worked until I ordered a Cuttlebug C plate.
