I'm pretty sure these are counterfeits or a defect at the Sperry china factory. The tongue tag is not what I expected from Sperry, a very simple and unprofessional look. The inside of the boot has several open seams. The tongue on the left shoe is sewn off-center so it slopes slightly to the right. The left shoe is smaller than the right one. My wife loves these rubber boots. They also look good in autumn/winter. She can wear comfortable wool socks and it's good when it's cold outside and not too warm in spring/autumn rain.
