Spic Span® Extra Strength Powder Review

I remember my parents used it for spring cleaning of walls and floors when I was growing up. It was time for me to do the same job so I paid a lot of money for a 27oz but bought it anyway because I knew it worked well. Well, that's an understatement. The product works EXCELLENT. I got smart. We have dark wood floors and this seems to remove stains with a damp mop. I had a little old bottle of Spic and Span that was left over from cleaning my mother-in-law's house after her death. I bet the bottle was at least 40 years old. I tried it once in a wringer bucket with warm water and used an old fashioned yarn wiper. I loved the smell and it did a fantastic job on the floors. No water stains and all stains are gone. I now use a box of powder with the same great smell and results.

Wow, where was all that? I remember seeing an ad for Spic and Span as a kid, but I haven't thought about it in years. I had never heard of it either, so I figured it went in the dodo route. I got a new apartment and needed cleaning supplies and that's when the name "clean and clean" came to mind. Quick search and bam! here it is on Revane. BUYER NOT YET AFFECTED! It's on the WISHLIST! But I've been using Spic n Span for several decades. The only thing I dislike is that you CANNOT FIND it in STORES ANYWHERE.
