Bought for my daughter, she loves it, looks great. Much easier to put on and take off than horseshoes with twisted ends. Highly recommended.

The decoration is perfect, it's just a little big and the center spike tends to press against me but that usually changes when you have a higher septum or not. Overall I like it, I would only invest in a smaller diameter piece.

The pictures are misleading because there are a lot of them and my daughter thought she would get them all in the package but there is only one in the package. It's cute but would like to have the variety shown in the photos. I think I should have read more carefully.

3 stars because opening the clicker is a nightmare. Considering how difficult it was to open it without having it in my nose, I decided that actually wearing it would be a mistake because then I would get stuck with that clicker. It's very cute, but I like changing my septum rings at least once a week.

Overall I am very happy with this ring! The clicker isn't too difficult to open and the metal doesn't irritate my nose. The only thing that could have been better is that the ring could have been a bit smaller - due to its diameter, the spikes hang down quite a bit and often hit and bang on my upper lip. Ideally I would have preferred a smaller ring for my taste as there isn't much room between the nose and mouth but overall I really like it and will continue to wear it. And for the price, it's

The cartilage in my nasal septum is very high and therefore my piercing sits quite deep in my nostrils so finding jewelry that doesn't pinch is a challenge.
