Spillman Fire Software Review

We have been using this software since it was first released in 2000-2001 by our current vendor (then known as The National Association of State EMS Officials). They were purchased out to another organization that we currently work with because they no longer support us at all! So many features are missing or not supported any further - like adding new stations!! The ease of programing this computer to be able to use what ever you need at any time without having to go back and forth between programs. I wish there was an option that would allow me to do it all in one easy place! I like that it works with both my computer (Windows) as well as tablet devices! It's easy to use even if you are not familiar at all with this software. Easy interface makes it super user friendly but also has some features which could be improved such as adding water pressure to sprinkler system settings so we can adjust them easier when using in our field.
