Do not use with webcam

Purchased to turn off camera when not in use. Plugged in and it doesn't recognize my camera/microphone. I'll find another use for them, the bit doesn't work with cameras.

Great power button for the USB fan connected to my Series X

I bought this because unlike my PS5 on my Series X there is no way to turn off the USB ports when the console is off. I plugged in a USB Series X fan that sits in the corner, but I didn't want the fan to stay on all the time. I use this switch and it works great to turn the fan on and off to cut power from the USB ports. I really want MS to update the firmware to allow USB ports to be disabled like the PS5. Then I don't need it.

Lights on, lights off

I have a home office. which means my family is constantly moving around. and many conference calls. and the family wanders all the time. I need a way to signal that I'm on the phone and don't want to be disturbed. That's why I have these spinning USB lights (they're from Woot!. I thought I could use them outside of my office). to indicate that I am on the phone and disconnecting. Small rotating alarm indicators are suitable for this. And they are USB powered. But I'm lazy. Great USB fan power button connected to my X series
