Bought this coat last minute for a trip to New York. Just in case I bought two sizes M and L. In the end I went for a big one as I thought. I'm 5'8" and usually wear 10-12 tops and jackets depending on the brand. Also, I wanted extra room for the layers underneath. This coat keeps me warm, very versatile with the collar and hood, and very cute. It is a little fitted but still a down jacket I definitely recommend this coat!

I ordered this coat for my autistic daughter. She is very picky about what coats she wears and generally cannot stand wearing a coat for more than 10 minutes, despite the temperature outside. I knew I wanted a down-free coat this winter, but I was concerned if it would keep me as warm as a down jacket. I'm happy to report that this one DEFINITELY weathered the winter weather in the North East. I wouldn't wear it on a mountaineering expedition lol but that's not what it's for. It has kept me warm day after day as I commute to work and go about my daily routine. This jacket is stylish and fits well. The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it has one of those "double zips"

I like the design and the color of the jacket. It's difficult to find a bright color that's attractive. I want the drivers to see me when I go at night. However, there are a few things that could be improved. #1. The collar is huge, bulky, and unnecessary. Maybe I'll just cut it off at the end. #2: Bags should be cut diagonally, not across. I'm 5'1" and 150 pounds. This coat is comfortable to wear as the pockets are deep and you can put a water bottle inside. I would have preferred the slanted pockets because it's not like your hands will fit awkwardly in the pockets, but that's no deal breaker. When it arrived the metal spares were in the bag because the plastic bag they were supposed to be in was broken.
