There's nothing I dislike about this product at all! It is so easy to use, it has tons of features that make planning for events much easier than doing them manually or relying solely upon your memory (which can be unreliable!). We've been able solve almost every issue we had with our previous implementation by using spot cues as well - they are always quick responses when you need help getting something done quickly before an important date rolls around again!!
