Good pastry tools for little hands.

The pastry knife is too small to fit comfortably in an adult's hands. The edges are also very square and dig into your hand a bit if you try to grab them. The good news is that both the cutter and scraper are incredibly well built and sturdy. The ruler markings on the scraper are very clear and easy to read.

Cutting Butter on Baking and Pastry Utensils

I often bake that require cutting butter into flour. I've always done it the old fashioned way with a fork. Finally decided to try the patisserie. I'm very glad I did, and even more glad I chose to do it. It fits very well with what I do. And the editor bonus was a real plus. The cutter is heavier and sharper than the ones I currently have. Makes it very easy to scratch

Too small for the average 2.5 inch hand!

I have been looking for a well designed, well made blender and it is well made. But the pen is so small (narrow) that it doesn't fit in the average man's hand. The edges are all so sharp and the grip so firm my husband cut himself and blistered within the first 5 minutes of use. Not recommended if you have a small hand that is less than 2.5 inches wide and even then you could cut yourself.

Great product!: Bakeware

After I bought the goods the postal sales contacted me via email to see if I liked it and everything was ok Quality of what they were selling. The cutter is great and easy to use, I just wish it was also available in cm and not just inches as that would make measuring easier in other countries like mine :) As for the blender, the handle is small and leaves fit my hand well, but my wife liked how it worked for her, so if she's happy, I'm happy too. Now I just noticed that it bothered me a little

UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller and he sent me a replacement cutter. I can actually say that the original I originally received was defective (see picture). This replacement is very strong and durable while the defective one had a crack on the plastic bracket and an odd protrusion on the metal side leading me to believe it was production. Customer service is also top notch. I first tried contacting them about this through Revain's Message Center feature, but I don't think they check this…

Great set of dough mixer and table scraper as well as customer service!

Very nicely packed in a box. The dough mixer and table scraper are made of high-quality, durable stainless steel. The batter mixer I received had rough edges on the underside of the blades that I was concerned would damage my mixing bowl. I emailed the company and Brian responded within hours of sending the email. He sent me a replacement. Although I didn't get a chance to use the dough mixer as intended and grind frozen chopped butter into flour, I tested it on a whole packet of butter that…
