Like!1. The size/amount are engraved so they will never come loose2. The handles on the measuring cups are part of the cup, not just attached to it, so they can't easily fall on you3. Everything is metal, so it can be disinfected at high temperature without melting.

I bought these measuring cups and spoons because they contain more than just standard measurements. However, the measuring cups are stamped metal and not as strong as one would expect, and due to the pressing, the accuracy of the measurement is questionable. They will work if you want near-accurate results, that's all.

What I love most about this set is the different sizes of measuring cups and spoons. Most kits don't have many sizes. I was disappointed that the spoons didn't lay flat on the counter. It would be better if the handles are made in such a way that the measuring range is even. The 2 smaller measuring cups only level themselves when you add something to them. I also expected smoother surfaces for cups and spoons.
