This is an excellent tie for children from 12 to 14 years old. Colors correspond to the picture. Only 4 stars because I have a feeling the zipper will break soon and there is no definite way to fix it. So be extra careful with it so this doesn't happen.

My son chose this for his first communion. It was easy for him to dress and adjust himself (bonus about dressing the family!) He looked great in his blue blazer. The only thing is that the anchors are tiny. I understand this is a small piece of fabric, but you had to lean and look very hard to determine the pattern. Overall he still looks great and loved him for who he was.

I really like this tie as it will be my son's first formal event. I stuck to the recommended size based on age, my son just turned 4 so I went for a medium size and it turned out to be too short.
