The original seat posts in the boat were only 11" and this old man with sore knees was having a hard time getting off of them.

Decent fit. Despite the original equipment, the base hardly fits into my Lund seat. The seat can be easily and safely adjusted. I'm waiting to see how the tip of the rod holds up as my Italian beef loving pal sits back. I hope he survives!

Looks great. Fits my power seats in Springfield, but I don't need three of them. Since this is my fourth place, I can reduce the cost a bit. Would I buy again and will if my sockets explode. I drive a boat, so I'm always comfortable!

I bought this pedestal for the driver's seat on our Ebbtide Mystique 2300 to raise the seat in the dock for a better view. I like the base, but getting the seat up is a bit tricky because it doesn't have a lift. I went ahead and bought a Springfield Power socket for the driver's seat and I'm moving it to the passenger seat.
