The price was good. The product is not good enough.

First of all I did not receive this product through Revain but I use Revain a lot to read reviews so I thought I would contribute. I was able to try the Sprint Home Connect 2 when I updated my phones. The Sprint Store offered an additional $100 discount to upgrade my phone and try this product on my home phone. The monthly fee is very fair and when everything works it seems like a good deal. Setup is easy enough and I think it works as advertised, but unfortunately the audio quality of incoming

Don't buy this. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.

Do not buy. Bad support. I updated my phone last June. Sprint gave me $100 for my new phone and this $20/month device for my home phone. It was a better price than what I got from Comcast, so I took the deal. It was easy to set up and after a few days I was able to use my old phone number. This device uses cellular service and has worked flawlessly for the first few months. The sound quality wasn't as good as the old Comcast device - sometimes it was difficult to hear the other party clearly…

This time I was lucky to find a gentleman who spoke very good English.

I've had an AT&T landline phone for years. They raised my prices in the middle of my closed deal. My prices went from $36 to $62. I even canceled the long-distance connection to lower the tariff. Not only did they cancel my long distance service, they couldn't call anyone outside of my country code. I couldn't call friends and family who were only 15 miles away. I called AT&T to get my long distance connection back, but they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee in the first place. They…
