Top-Notch Cylinder Component!

I purchased this retainer for my automotive engine and i must say Im impressed. Based on my observations this component is durable and effective. Its ability to handle high temperatures is exceptional, and it perfectly retains my cylinder .The installation process was relatively easy too. However, the price may be a bit steep for some buyers. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable engine cooling and climate control replacement part..

Pros
  • Securely retains sprocket onto Ecotec cylinder
Cons
  • Requires additional hardware for installation

Great design on the water pumps

Worked great. The full circle design prevents bolts from falling behind the timing chain cover (an issue with half circle designs). Obtain a 50mm M6 threaded rod to help you align the water pump when reinstalling.

Pros
  • The chain broke and the front timing cover didn't need to be removed so
Cons
  • Infuriates
