Lasted a year for the kitchen and dining room

Excellent, it's lasted so far, just over a year for me. He began fetching water for himself even when he was at the castle. One thing to remember if you decide to buy this - don't use tap water if you have hard water - you will get a build up of white matter. I did this once and after just using bottled water the white spots never came back.

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great product for water cooler and filter

I spent a lot of time researching water heaters because I needed a smaller unit that used less energy. This unit draws a maximum of 750 watts and seems to use a lot less heat to keep the water warm. I've been using it for over a month now and I'm very happy with it. It heats the water quickly and the hand pump helps you dispense the right amount of water. In general, I highly recommend it!

There are compromises.

Pros: I'm too impatient to wait for the kettle to boil - I want my hot water NOW. In this respect, this hot water dispenser is perfect for me. I always have hot water available. The water tank is big enough that I don't have to fill it up every day. Cons: The inside of the pot (where the water is stored) is starting to get rusty spots, so if you're concerned this isn't the product to buy. The sticker covering the control buttons has started peeling off, requiring me to keep pushing it back into

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Operating speed

Always hot! in water cooler

I am very satisfied with this dispenser. I always have hot water for a cup of tea, soup or anything else I need hot water for. It takes a while to heat up, but once it boils, the keep-warm function keeps the water at around 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It also looks great on my kitchen table. Very satisfied! Bought in 2013 and now in 2020 I had to say goodbye although it still heats the water. I filled and noticed some white stuff sticking out of the holes in the removable stainless steel plate in…

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Not good for kitchen and dining room

I chose this item because it was all white on the outside as shown in the photo and had stainless steel on the inside. The exterior turned out to be two-tone, ecru/pink top and bottom, and everything else was white. The interior was stainless steel, which is more important, so I kept it. After preparing the pot for use as directed, rust spots appeared on the inside of the stainless steel pot. I spoke to a customer representative and was told to return the pot pending inspection and a possible…

24/7 hot water for water cooler and filter

This is a great product. I've been using it for two months now with no problems. It stays connected 24 hours a day and we just top it up as needed. We have hard well water, no problems with limescale and deposits. The only thing I don't like is the plastic window on the front that shows the water level. I don't need it and I don't like hot water hitting plastic. If they produce one without it I will buy it to replace this one. UPDATE I bought this pot on July 29, 2014 and it is now August 25…

  • Fingers crossed
