No customer service. Dangerous product.

I have two SPX Power Team J6A Model F bushings. I bought them in June 2019. One of the jacks failed within 6 months and I narrowly avoided serious injury. All attempts to get support from SPX have failed. I have submitted a full incident report to the Consumer Product Safety Commission at cpsc.gov.
