Double the Fun, Double the Space (not quite!)

Bought these to expand my square D panel. **Keep this in mind, but** Depending on your actual panel, they won't fit in a few places where regular single switches will! This is done to limit the capacity of the panel. On my panel, the bottom 8 or so positions allow for these 2fers. The top positions are for singles only.

Pros
  • Switches, Load Centers and Fuses
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

Just a little more space to have a little more power

This really is the best. I have one that powers my locksmith tools with six sockets that I can only use with a grinder, saw or drill at a time. The other drives my drill press, my circular table saw or my band saw in succession. So this gives me extra room to place another for my external plugs with GFI and it also powers my glass. The light is so good, the LEDs are nice and very bright. My new garage is built into the hill and you always want some bright lights to draw and paint with

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • I'll write later

After just a few days, this circuit breaker barely works. I still give it 5 stars because...well, you'll see. I did not use this hammer for its intended purpose. Instead of installing it in a switch box for overcurrent protection, I soldered it in series with a couple of 3000F ultracapacitors to see if I could turn it into a cheap spot welder. The idea was for this switch to operate for a relatively predictable amount of time, rather than using a series of expensive components rated for high…

Pros
  • Magnetic circuit breaker
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
