Know your building codes

Easy to install. One problem that can arise when using the same device with 120 volts and not a 240 volt ground fault circuit is that you usually cannot have two separate ground fault circuits on the same machine. Unless everything is isolated, the 120 volt circuit cannot also be a ground fault circuit.

Works fine (I think) for RCD

I haven't had a chance to trip the element and I'm not trying to short it out to make it trip. It fitted my panel easily and although the wire contacts were a little tricky it was necessary to make good contact and maybe that was because I didn't want to expose the screws too much. I am very satisfied with the product and my purchase. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a double pole switch.

A very thorough inspection convinced me that my circuit breaker was indeed new. A red flag is shown in the image accompanying this product, this is what the switch looks like when it is off. This is what it should look like when you buy a circuit breaker. I can only assume that somewhere in the process the switch I received was…
