Smooth shifting and very easy installation. I wanted to change my setup to 1x11 and that was the last thing I needed. It is great.

Unbeatable for the price. I own, own or have actually used SRAM GX, X1 and X01 11 speed shifters. Yes, this one has more play and feels "cheaper" but works and shifts fine.

I replaced a SRAM X5 9 speed rear derailleur with this unit. Packaging and shipping were ok and assembly was quick, especially since the cable was already assembled at the rear derailleur!

The switch includes a pre-assembled cable, which is very convenient. The levers are composite, whereas my previous NX shifter, which was three years old, was aluminum or some kind of alloy painted black. The scope of delivery did not include a connector for crimping.

Didn't work out of the box, when opening and examining the cable it was folded in the derailleur and looked like the machine had pushed it that way. It's lighter than the GX, but doesn't meet GX standards. Maybe.

I was upgrading an old mountain bike from 8 to 10 speed and needed to replace the derailleur. The diameter is a bit large but it works well with my lizard skin grips. I had to buy a set of short handles to use it but it works fine. The cable was very long and I'm sure it will fit almost any bike. Shifting up and down is very quick and smooth. I am very happy with the purchase.
